Youth Engagement
The main aim of MINAB's youth committee is to promote and raise awareness of the needs of the youth. MINAB will monitor and publicise good practice amongst members, as well as deliver training programmes for the youth to develop leadership skills.
Mosques & Youth Engagement Guidelines and Toolkit
On Sunday 8th May 2011 the MINAB launched a revolutionary "Mosques & Youth Engagement Guidelines and Toolkit".
The Mosques and Imams National Advisory Board launched the "Mosques & Youth Engagement Guidelines & Toolkit" to support Mosques meet the MINAB Quality framework and standard 3 to incease the access, participation and involvement of young people in Mosques ensure the participation of young people in activities, and in governance.
2nd Youth Leadership Residential
After the success of the first Youth Leadership Residential, the MINAB Youth Committee has organised another residential in Coalbrookdale.
Youth Leadership Residential
The MINAB Youth Committee has organised a three day residential for young people involved in their Mosque.
Residential activities include:
Visit to the London Eye & Madame Tussauds.
Workshops and discussions on leadership and youth engagement.
