Conflict & Negotiation and Effective Decision Making

Following from the success of the Leadership training days run by MINAB in Leeds, Oldham and other cities, there will be a focussed 3 days in Manchester run in September, October and November this year.

The topic of the third programme of the Leadership Series is 'Conflict & Negotiation and Effective Decision Making' presented by Aamer Naeem.

Conflict-handling modes are discussed and participants will be given the knowledge to analyse a conflict situation and determine how to handle it positively and productively. Negotiation skills and building an effective negotiation strategy is explored. Personal paradigm in decision making are uncovered.

MBTI: Myers Briggs Type Indicator

Following from the success of the Leadership training days run by MINAB in Leeds, Oldham and other cities, there were three programmes held in Manchester  in September and October, with the final programme to be held in November this year.

The topic of the second programme of the series was 'MBTI: Myers Briggs Type Indicator', presented by Aamer Naeem.

Based on the psychological theories of Carl Jung, identifies the preference of a participant with regards how they ‘use their mind’. The theory states that people behave in predictable ways based on these preferences, and thus this tool can be an invaluable insight into ones own character as well as managing relationships with others.
